Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Health & Wellness

Full-time position providing health and wellness screening and intervention at comprehensive community mental health center. Conduct client education regarding smoking-cessation, exercise, and nutrition and healthy eating habits, and facilitate referrals to health care resources in the community.

Job Requirements:

• Washington State LPN licensure.
• Nursing experience preferred.
