Residential Program Supervisor - El Rey
CPC’s 24-hour staffed residential facilities provide a safe, stable environment in which chronically mentally ill adults can achieve personal goals and improved quality of life. Highly trained staff offer 24-hour supervision and care, opportunities to develop interpersonal, social, and daily living skills, symptom and medication management, pre-vocational skill building, and vocational training. When individuals are ready, we help them work toward achieving more independent living situations.
This full-time Residential Program Supervisor provides clinical and staff supervision, program planning and implementation at the El Rey, a 24-hour residential mental health facility in downtown Seattle. The facility staff provide assessment, stabilization and rehabilitation for the chronically mentally ill (CMI) homeless population.
The Program Supervisor ensures the development of a psychosocial rehabilitation modality in providing programs and living unit milieu for CMI adults that are appropriate to the setting. Implement a program of recovery oriented services, groups and opportunities that assure recovery opportunities for residents of the program. Supervise the overall residential program to ensure that the basic needs of the residents are met and that case management, service coordination, program space, service volume and productivity meet agency standards. Develop new programs and enhances existing programs based on community needs.
Job Requirements
- BA degree in social work, counseling, or related field, and MHP
- MA in Social Work, Counseling, or related field, preferred.
- Two years of supervisor experience in a residential mental health setting.
