Case Manager, SSVF Program for Veterans' Services


CPC is seeking a Case Manager to provide outreach and other direct services for homeless veterans and veterans who are at risk of homelessness in the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program.  

CPC's SSVF Program: Community Psychiatric Clinic has been awarded a federal Veterans Administration grant to initiate an exciting new Supportive Services Program for Veterans Families (SSVF). This program will target single adult veterans who are chronically homeless, and veteran families that are homeless, or at risk of becoming homeless. The SSVF program coordinates with State, County, and Federal veteran serving agencies and other service providers to provide case management, homelessness prevention and rapid re-housing. 

Job Requirements:

  • B.A. in social services or a related field.
  • Have or obtain a Washington State License or Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration. Click here for more details on licenure and registration.
  • Two years direct clinical experience preferred.
