CPC’s Housing Support team provides services to clients living in CPC specialized housing. Services are designed to provide clients with the skills and support necessary to successfully live independently in the community and maintain their housing. The Housing Liaison provides liaison functions between CPC apartment residents and the Housing Program and Maintenance staff. Tasks include conducting routine inspections and security checks, collecting rents, maintaining common areas, and performing simple repairs. The Housing Liaison assists in ensuring that CPC facilities are kept clean, safe and in good repair for our clients who live there.
