Provide engagement and outreach services for a newly-funded, time-limited program Outreach to Minority and Women Veterans. The Outreach to Minority and Women Veterans program provides effective prevention and interventions strategies for those most at-risk and most in need to reduce or prevent more acute illness, high-risk behaviors, incarceration and other emergency medical or crisis responses. The program provides outreach services including information, referrals and follow-up services to women veterans, veterans of color, and their families to link them with benefits and services.
